Welcome to PayBee. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PayBee mobile application ("App") operated by Sharma Tech Labs ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using PayBee, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PayBee, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the App on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or our website. Continued use of PayBee after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Use of Service

PayBee provides UPI payment alert services, including voice notifications, QR code generation, analytics, and staff device notifications for Android users. The App is designed to work alongside existing UPI payment applications and does not process payments directly.

You agree to use PayBee only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or servers
  • Use the App to transmit harmful code, malware, or unauthorized content
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
  • Circumvent any security or access control measures

Subscriptions

PayBee offers a free tier with basic functionality and a premium subscription ("PayBee Pro") with advanced features. PayBee Pro is available as a recurring monthly subscription priced at ₹49 per month, subject to change with notice.

Subscriptions are processed through Google Play Billing. By subscribing, you agree to Google Play's terms and payment policies. Subscription fees are charged to your Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase.

PayBee Pro includes a 24-hour free trial for new subscribers. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and you will be charged the applicable fee.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Google Play account settings.

User Responsibilities

As a user of PayBee, you are responsible for:

  • Granting necessary permissions (including Notification Access) for the App to function correctly
  • Maintaining the security of your device and account credentials
  • Ensuring your device meets minimum system requirements
  • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations regarding payment acceptance and business operations
  • Accurately configuring staff devices and notification settings
  • Keeping the App updated to the latest version for optimal performance and security

PayBee relies on notification data from third-party UPI apps. We are not responsible for missed alerts caused by device settings, third-party app configurations, network issues, or hardware limitations.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of PayBee — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and design — are owned by Sharma Tech Labs and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sharma Tech Labs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of PayBee, including but not limited to:

  • Missed or delayed payment notifications
  • Loss of revenue or business opportunities
  • Data loss or unauthorized access to your device
  • Service interruptions or downtime
  • Actions of third-party UPI applications or payment providers

PayBee is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of PayBee shall not exceed the amount you paid for PayBee Pro subscriptions in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to PayBee at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct that harms other users or our services.

You may stop using PayBee at any time by uninstalling the App and cancelling any active subscriptions through Google Play. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and may provide notice through the App or via email. Your continued use of PayBee following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of PayBee shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
